Let patients book any time and reduce no-shows without loading the front desk.
Constraints
- Doctors’ schedules live in the clinic information system; two patients must never take the same slot.
- Some patients don’t read Telegram notifications.

Slots are read from the clinic system at selection time; booking locks the slot and confirms it.

Reminders a day and two hours before; if undelivered — SMS.

Reschedule or cancel in two taps; the freed slot is available to others at once.
