Demo Scenario

A store in Telegram: bot + Mini App

Catalogue and cart in a Mini App, payment in the chat, delivery statuses and abandoned-cart recovery.

This is a demo scenario: how we would build the solution. Names and data are illustrative — it is not a specific client’s story.

01Task

Task

Sell to returning customers where they already talk — no website detour, no second sign-up.

Constraints

  • Stock and prices live in the accounting system and change several times a day.
  • The catalogue has several hundred items — too many for chat buttons.
02Solution

Solution

  1. 01

A Mini App with catalogue, filters and cart; the user is already signed in via Telegram.

  2. 02

Stock and price sync from the accounting system on a schedule and on events.

  3. 03

Payment through a payment provider; order status via bot messages.

  4. 04

One abandoned-cart reminder after a day — no spam.
